Our Promise
The Anzai Cermaic Nanobubble Generators have been on the market for over a decade, with well established record of receiving a number of awards for its use in the aquaculture and water treatment sectors.
This technology works by using a carbon ceramic nozzle positioned within a fast moving jet of water. As the gas passes through the porous material, the bubbles that form on the exterior surface are immediately sheared from the surface by the fluid to form micron sized bubbles. These micron sized bubbles then rapidly collapse further into nanobubbles. The same material is available in the form of a high speed rotor that is immersed directly into the fluid. This is perfect for reactions vessels treating viscous fluids, or harsh conditions.
We offer a pragmatic and sustainable way of generating nanobubbles that operates efficiently, with very low energy requirements ~ making hyper-dense nanobubble application accessible to Africa.
Our Projects
The Anzai Ceramic Nanobubble Units has received multiple awards in the last decade for its use case in the aquaculture and wastewater sectors. Other applications where this technology has been demonstrated effective is cleaning surfaces such as pipes, in aquaculture, agriculture and fermentation processes. Here are a few examples of what we have been up to establishing hyper-dense nanobubble applications in South Africa.

A total of six vessels were used for the demonstration. Three were aerated using oxygen nanobubbles and the remaining three received no additional aeration. The system was a race-way system. Here we installed a AZ-20AS using oxygen tanks.
Working here I had to be on my guard for pythons!

We delivered 3000L/hr of irrigation water treated with oxygen nanobubbles using the AZ-20AS. The dissolved oxygen was maintained at 14 mg/L along 6 rows of 200 m drip pipes each operating between 26 to 30 degrees C.

We demonstrated that introducing nanobubbles in replacement of typical air aerators could bring the dissolved oxygen levels from 1 mg/L up to as much as 4mg/L in a matter of 45 minutes using our small 60 mL/min oxygen nanobubble generator operating at 5L/min fluid flow. There was no problem handling this brown viscous fluid.
This was really a fun day doing this!
